Jira data mining

Part of my job as team lead is to improve performance of the teams. Best way to do it is to find bottlenecks and remove them. I have created a tool that uses Jira API to get data from whole company and then do some analysis on it and push it to ElasticSearch. Then I have created a dashboard in Kibana to visualize the data.
Since problems were visible it was easy to remove them and improve performance.
