DailyRise — a daily question to aim at your goals

During my MBA in Sociology & Psychology I came across a simple cognitive-behavioral technique: asking yourself the right questions every day steers your attention toward your goals. Knowing the technique and actually using it are two different things, so I built DailyRise, a mobile app that asks me those questions every day. It is a React Native (Expo) app with a .NET backend on Azure.
